The Website committee was established to build community pride and to preserve, protect, and enhance the value of the assets of Arrowhead Ranch Phase III through information provided via the Arrowhead Ranch Phase III website. Mission Statement: - Use the Internet to serve ARP III’s existing goals and objectives; - Foster a sense of community among HOA members; - Promote HOA and City of Glendale events and programs; - Facilitate communication among HOA members, for the purpose of social interaction; - Publish news and information relating to HOA, augmenting the quarterly HOA newsletter; - Allow online HOA dues registration and payment; - Provide resident only special offers; and - Have a Chairperson or designee attend monthly board meetings. Design Principles of the HOA Website: - Graphics should be used only when necessary to convey a message. - Navigation should be clear. - Links to other sites should be included only when truly relevant to the HOA members. - The privacy of members’ personal information should be guarded. - Resources should be devoted to keeping the site’s basic information fresh and up-to-date.
