Landscaping/Maintenance

The Landscaping/Maintenance committee is established to interface with the Board of Directors and the Association Management Team for the purpose of providing guiding recommendations for community landscape vibrance and revitalization. The committee will: - review common area landscape and make recommendations on improvements to the Board of Directors. - recommend plant schemes for beautification. - conduct research within City of Glendale to compare suitable plant and tree palettes. - serve for a one year term. - have a Chairperson or designee attend monthly board meetings.
